 Disclaimers

•      The safety notices provided on this website (SOVUA Swimming) should prevent any possible injuries and, or safety issues in the pool. However, if under any circumstances, you and, or your swimming student become injured in the pool, SOVUA Swimming will not be held responsible for such problems.

•      The detailed featured drills, digital extras, and added educational content should guide consumers and, or users to develop and, or enhance their swimming skills, if properly executed. If for some reason, you and, or your swimming student do not experience such results, certain exercises and drills may need to be repeated until they are properly developed. Nevertheless, SOVUA Swimming is not responsible for the direct results of one’s swimming ability.

•      Many swimmers develop swimming techniques in different ways. Some swimmers who begin together at the same level, learn much quicker than other beginners at that level. A beginner swimming student may begin to experience immediate results from the curriculum, or may need to repeat certain drills and exercises multiple times in order to experience his or her own intended results.

•      All pool rules should be adhered to while exercises and drills are conducted. Swimmers should be cautious and remain fully aware of water and pool safety while in and around the water or pool area.

•      Swimming lessons, exercises, and drills should be conducted in standard in-the-ground and, or above-the-ground pools which meet state and, or federal health and safety standards or policies. Swimming lessons, exercises, and drills should not take place in any open water setting (i.e. oceans, rivers, lakes, creeks, etc.).
